Executive Training
Overview: Executive Training is conducted as a one day 4-6 hour session. Members will be exposed to Process Excellence at a high level and its role in achieving organizational goals and objectives.
Participants: Leaders in the organization and members of the Executive Team.
Deliverable: Organizational leaders educated in the role of Process Excellence as a tool towards improving operational efficiency and eliminating Waste. Leaders will have Process Excellence tools to support Six Sigma projects and operational strategies.

Champion Training
Overview: Champion Training is conducted as a 2 day session. Candidates
review criteria for Black and Green Belt selections, develop charters for company-valued projects, receive a comprehensive overview of the Six Sigma DMAIC model, and receive training how Six Sigma enhances the organizational structure.
Participants: Managers who will have Black/Green Belt or Lean Project candidates reporting to them.
Deliverable: Champions will receive a thorough overview of Six Sigma and Lean concepts which will be utilized in the Process Excellence program. The Champion role is to facilitate projects by removing barriers and offering any needed support.

Black Belt Training
Overview: Six Sigma Black Belt Training follows the DMAIC format. Training is conducted on site for one week per month during four consecutive months. Candidates receive individual mentoring for their projects between training weeks.

Participants: Candidates selected are key personnel in their department. They should possess leadership skills and the support of their peers. Black Belts will become the agents of change for the organization.
Deliverable: Completed Black Belt projects will typically increase profits by greater than $200,000. Upon certification, Black Belts will be expected to employ strong leadership qualities, mentor project members, and align all future projects with the goals and objectives of the organization.

Green Belt Training
Overview: Six Sigma Green Belt Training follows the DMAIC format. Training consists of one week classes conducted on site for two consecutive months. Candidates receive individual mentoring for their projects between training weeks.
Participants: Candidates selected should possess strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work well with other project members. Green Belts will work closely with Black Belts with their major focus on project completion.
Deliverable: Completed Green Belt projects will typically increase profits by greater than $100,000. Upon certification, Green Belts will the ability to employ DMAIC tools towards completion of all Six Sigma Projects.
